Technical Requirements
The YOUReality suite of software solutions are powerful, state-of-the-art applications that enable interaction with 3D models inside a 2D photo or video. In order to get the best experience from these applications, your computer or device needs to meet certain specifications, outlined below.
Online Retail Visualizer (includes Virtual Staging and BringItHome visualizers)
Minimum
- Windows XP, Vista, Windows7, Mac OS X 10.4+ (Tiger)
- Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 3.0, Safari 4.0, Chrome 5.0
- 1Gb RAM
- Hi-speed internet connection: 768Kbits/sec (DSL or faster)
- Graphics card: 3D-capable with 128Mb VRAM
- Display: 1024x768, 16-bit color (usually referred to as "Medium")
Recommended
- Windows XP, Vista, Windows7, Mac OS X 10.5+ (Leopard)
- Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3.6+, Safari 4.0, Chrome 5.0
- 2Gb RAM
- Hi-speed internet connection: 1.5Mbits/sec (cable/LAN or faster)
- Graphics card: 3D-capable with 512Mb VRAM
- Display: 1280x1024, 32-bit color ("High" or "True")
All Users
- Javascript must be enabled
- ActiveX components must be enabled in Security Settings (IE only)
- Must be logged in as administrator
- Must be able to install applications (important for corporate users)

- Windows XP (due to the emphasis on graphic elements in the Operating System interfaces of Vista and, to a lesser extent, Windows 7, you will get better performance with Windows XP.)
