Professional Retail Visualizer
The Professional Retail Visualizer is an installed configuration and visualization solution designed for product categories such as kitchens, media centers, and built-ins that rely on a complex set of steps in order for the customer to purchase. In its current pilot version, the PRV allows for the custom configuration of outdoor kitchen islands and patio furniture, and the subsequent placement of the 3D configuration into the customer’s photo.
A highly sophisticated, yet easy to use configuration and visualization tool, it is extremely effective in increasing all the key retail metrics, most importantly sales conversion rates. Along with development revenue, significant license revenue is derived from software sales to retailers.
In addition to sales conversion rates, sales close time has been accelerated from several weeks or months to a single visit in many cases. Importantly, this solution gives the vendor a significant competitive edge because they can show expensive and complicated products in the customer’s own space and significantly reduce the risk of dissatisfaction through the realistic preview. In some cases, prospects see the PRV as not only a sales and marketing tool, but also providing operational savings on product returns, particularly with custom fabrics, textures, and tiles.
The PRV is currently available as a downloadable solution and targets manufacturers interested in displaying full, configurable catalogs in 3D and making this tool available to their distribution networks. An online version is currently in the R&D phase.
