YOUREALITY RETAIL VISUALIZATION SOLUTIONS TO TAKE CENTER STAGE AT "ARE2010"
Nominated for "Auggie" Award, Asked to present business model to investors
ATLANTA, May 20, 2010 -- YOUReality’s 3D Retail Visualization Solutions will be front and center at the upcoming Augmented Reality Event (ARE 2010) to be held June 1 – 3 in Santa Clara, CA.
Invited to participate in the Augmented Reality Startup Launch Pad, YOUReality will present their business model as one of the five of the best new startups in the AR space. YOUReality will have five minutes to present to a panel which will include investors and industry insiders: Cole Van Nice (VC at CVP), Jay Wright (Qualcomm), Cory Ondrejka (cofounder of Second Life) – and moderated by JP Manninen (VentureBeat). The title of “ARE Best Startup” and a $10,000 prize will be awarded by Qualcomm.
YOUReality Retail Visualization Solutions have also been nominated for the 1st Annual “Auggie” Awards and will be given four minutes to present their products on stage to compete for coolest AR demo. A panel with Bruce Sterling, Jesse Schnell and Mark Billinghurst will comment on the demos – American Idol style. Winners will be determined by the audience and receive the prestigious “Auggies Award” including an Android phone courtesy of Qualcomm.
