How It Works

:: Not exactly magic...but pretty close

YOUReality is an easy-to-use software tool that makes use of an emerging technology called Augmented Reality (AR). Using AR, dealers and their customers can take 3D objects (the outdoor kitchen) and place them in a 2D space (the backyard). The resulting image gives customers a realistic view of the outdoor kitchen of their dreams in their own backyard!*

*Note: YOUReality is for initial plannng and visualization. It does not replace detailed installation specifications needed for building outdoor kitchens. Site visits and measurements are highly recommended.

It seems complex, but with YOUReality, dealers and customers can accomplish this in just three easy steps.

1. Upload a backyard, patio, or other outdoor photo

Take photos of backyard or patio using the specially designed marker and a digital camera
Choose the views from where you want to see the kitchen
Upload photos to Visualizer Module

2. Design the perfect outdoor kitchen using the powerful, yet simple Planner Module.

Choose grills and other appliances
Add corner pieces, backsplash, dining ledges, etc.
Add accessories
Choose countertop and facing materials
View and modify until completely satisfied

3. Create the perfect look

Place the outdoor kitchen into the photo
Move it to the desired location in the backyard
Add furniture and other outdoor accessories
View from different angles
Move and add objects until satisfied
